Exclusivity and Customer service
We are keen to offer exclusivity and a very high level of customer service. Our aim is to hold stock and to send out your order on a next day courier service as soon as your payment has cleared into our account.
Ordering
Items can be ordered in any combination, you are not restricted by sets. Customers often order whole sets and then a few extra tops for example. Our ranges do extremely well as gifts and we now offer a gift box due to popular demand. The order form and details are at the bottom of this page
Sizing
Our bibs and blankets come in one size, the Classic Day Sets come in 3 sizes; 0-6, 6-12 and 12-18 months and our Playsuits and Hats come in one size 0-6 months. Our hats are sized too. Sizing is often viewed as generous which makes them very popular.
Best seller
Our current best seller is Perry the Panda- who could resist? All other styles sell evenly.
Minimum Spend
£250 which includes free postage and packaging to the UK. Orders undert he minimum spend are permitted for trial orders, these must exceed £150 and will incur a £15 postal cost. Orders below £250 can not be made online, you will need to email or post your order form to us.
Payment
We accept credit cards, cheques or bacs transfers. We can not accept credit card payments for orders on 30 days credit only for Pro - Forma orders.
First orders are on a Pro - Forma basis after that we are happy to offer 30 days credit.
