You can order on line securely through PAYPAL or by post.
Payment
We accept payment through PAYPAL or cheque If you would like to pay by cheque please print out the order form, fill it in and make your cheque payable to Olive and Moss and send it to Unit 3, Courtside, Dartmouth Road, London. SE26 4RE
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible but please allow up to 10 days for delivery from placing your order. Postage Our Postage and Packaging to the UK is free. Orders are sent by recorded post and will require a signature on delivery. Orders for which are non UK mainland, Scottish Highlands or overseas please will incur a handling charge.
Returns
We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is faulty. If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
VAT
Except for baby clothing items all our goods include VAT. We are unable to refund VAT on overseas orders.
